- Coconut Milk, 1 cup
- Vanilla Yogurt, 1/2 cup
- Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
- Chia Seeds, 5 tbsp
- Coconut Flakes, for topping
- Fresh Fruits, for topping
- Mix coconut milk, yogurt and maple syrup in a bowl and stir well. Add in the chia seeds and stir until combined.
- Leave overnight and serve into your favourite Coconut Bowls and serve with toppings of your choosing. Enjoy!
