This air fryer tofu is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and is both vegan and gluten free! Made with just 5 total ingredients, it’s the perfect meal prep staple that's both easy and delicious.

 

PREP TIME: 5 mins
COOK TIME: 15 mins 

TOTAL TIME: 20 mins
SERVINGS: 4

 INGREDIENTS:

●  1 16oz block extra firm tofu
●  1 tbsp cornstarch
●  1 tbsp coconut aminos (sub soy sauce)
●  1 tsp garlic powder
●  1/2 tsp paprika
●  Cooking Spray
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Press tofu to remove as much liquid as possible
2) Cut tofu into cubes and then transfer to a large ziploc bag. Toss with coconut aminos. Add in cornstarch, paprika and garlic powder, and toss again to coat completely. 
3) Spray air fryer basket with cooking oil and arrange tofu in a single layer. Spray tops of tofu and air fry at 375F for 15 minutes, flipping with a spatula/tossing half way. Serve with rice, roasted veggies or whatever you like!
