A quick and easy Asian Edamame Salad by @mashedbymaddi.If you love asian flavors and edamame, then this bowl will never fail you!



  • Brown Rice (cooked)
  • Avocado (cubed)
  • Red Onion (chopped)
  • Raw Broccoli (chopped into florets)
  • Carrots (shredded)
  • Edamame
  • Asian Sesame Dressing
  1. Add as much ingredients that you want in your Coconut Bowl. You can add as little or as much ingredient as you want.
  2. Toss them with your wooden spoons and forks.
  3. Enjoy cold and top with your favorite plant-based protein!
