RECIPE BY HANNAH FROM HEALTHY LUXE

 

Drizzle this tasty sauce over your favourite meals to add some freshness and flavour. So ready your salads or buddha bowls and drizzle generously with this sauce!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 package silken tofu (drained in a fine-mesh strainer)
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro/coriander
METHOD
  1. Place all ingredients into you Vitamix High-Performance Blender in the order listed above, and secure the lid.
  2. Start blending on the lowest speed, then slowly increase to its highest.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds until desired consistency is reached.
