RECIPE BY HANNAH FROM HEALTHY LUXE

 

Elevate your vegan sushi experience with a flavourful sauce! This super easy ponzu sauce can be made under 5 minutes with minimal ingredients. 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp mirin

  • juice of 1 lime

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp brown rice vinegar (or any kind or rice vinegar)

METHOD
  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix 600ml container in the order listed, and secure the blade base. 

  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. 

  3. Blend for 45 seconds until smooth and desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
