The all-time favourite snack and dip but with the flavors of fall. You will surely fall head over heels for this Pumpkin Hummus recipe.

  • Chickpeas, 1 15 oz
  • Pumpkin Puree, 1 cup
  • Tahini, 2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
  • Cumin, 1 tsp
  • Salt, 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper, 1 tsp
  • Lemon or Lime Juice
  • Garlic, 1 clove
  1. Drain chickpeas and keep about 1-2 Tbsp of the chickpea brine water. Rinse chickpeas and drain.
  2. Add all ingredients and 1-2 tbsp of chickpea brine to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a bowl sprinkle some paprika and mixed seeds and drizzle a splash of olive oil on top to serve.
  4. Enjoy!
