The all-time favourite snack and dip but with the flavors of fall. You will surely fall head over heels for this Pumpkin Hummus recipe.
Chickpeas, 1 15 oz
Pumpkin Puree, 1 cup
Tahini, 2 tbsp
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Cumin, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Black Pepper, 1 tsp
Lemon or Lime Juice
Garlic, 1 clove
Drain chickpeas and keep about 1-2 Tbsp of the chickpea brine water. Rinse chickpeas and drain.
Add all ingredients and 1-2 tbsp of chickpea brine to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a bowl sprinkle some paprika and mixed seeds and drizzle a splash of olive oil on top to serve.
