RECIPE BY HANNAH FROM HEALTHY LUXE

 

Sweet, tangy and a little bit spicy - this sauce is perfect for dipping your favourite vegan dumplings and spring rolls!

INGREDIENTS
  • 100 ml water
  • 4 pitted dates 
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 10 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 150g pineapple chunks
  • 180g red chilli
  • 150g white vinegar
METHOD
  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix 600ml container in the order listed, and secure the blade base.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds until desired consistence is reached.
