If you haven't tried it yet, this corn ribs are smokey, incredibly flavourful and tasty! Best enjoyed as a snack or as a side. Feel free to make this spicy by adding a few shakes of cayenne pepper or a drizzle of sriracha. Yum!

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  1. Cut the corn into quarters and place them on a lined baking tray. Mix the oil, maple syrup and spices and brush the mixture onto the corn ribs. Bake for about 30 minutes on 200*C.
  2. Enjoy! (For the sauce I made hummus with lemon garlic flavor)
