With only 6 basic ingredients, you can make this smoky balsamic brussels sprouts that are crispy on the exterior and fork soft on the inside. They're naturally vegan and gluten-free, and they're sure to become a new fall and winter favorite!
INGREDIENTS (serves 3)
1/2 lb brussels sprouts
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp spicy sea salt (or 1/4 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp chili powder)
Chop brussels sprouts in half and toss with oil and seasonings.
Air fry at 375 F for 7 mins until golden and crispy. Pair with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
