BBQ Party anyone? Try this super flavourful and fragrant tofu skewers! Perfect as a topping for your nourish bowls, or just great as is as a finger food!

  • 1 block super firm tofu, cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses (or more lemon juice)
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  1. In a container with an airtight lid whisk together all the ingredients aside from the tofu until well mixed.
  2. Add the tofu to the marinade and gently mix to coat. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hr.
  3. Take the tofu out of the fridge and assemble onto skewers.
  4. Heat up a grill pan or skillet and once hot add the tofu. Brush the tofu with leftover marinade as it cooks and cook until nice and golden on all sides, ~2 mins per side. Enjoy!
