These baked vegan chocolate doughnuts are topped with a delicious black-goji berry glaze. Baked instead of fried for a much healthier option (and much more cakey!), this chocolatey treat never fails to impress!
INGREDIENTS:
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C
Sift flour + cocoa powder into a mixing bowl, add the sugar +baking powder and mix together.
Heat the coconut oil in the microwave until warm-hot + add to the mixing bowl with the vanilla and melted coconut oil and whisk until smooth.
Place the doughnut batter into the donut tray evenly, using a spoon.
Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned on top
Remove from oven, let cool for a few mins before transferring to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely before adding glaze.
