RECIPE BY NATURALLY HERBAL MAMA

Fruity, sweet with a little tropical taste. This smoothie is packed with nutrients and is a great guilt-free treat to have any time of the day. 

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup cashew yogurt
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 cup pure orange juice
METHOD
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve in glass jars or your favourite Bamboo Cups. 
  3. Sip with your Bamboo Straws and enjoy!
