Hi, I’m Dr Richa from @deliciously.earthy! My background has always been in healthcare, and I love helping people live healthier, happier lives.
Since COVID-19 hitting us in the UK fully in March, my work with patients became remote and I became the recipe creator and photographer for @deliciously.earthy. It’s been a time where I’ve really delved in to creating nourishing, rainbow foods that really bring happiness!
I’m so happy to be inspiring people to get creating healthy + easy food, and to show how fun + delicious plant-based foods are! On this note, I’ve created some mouth-watering desserts that are fully plant-based with all natural ingredients, sure to impress! Just don’t tell them how easy it really was.

This tart is a super easy no-bake, no-roll gluten-free ,and super high in antioxidants thanks to the deliciousness that is matcha! The filling is so naturally creamy from the coconut milk but with a zingy lime twist!
Combining this smooth creamy filling with the raw, crumbly + nutty chocolatey base is a total DREAM COME TRUE. The chocolatey taste in the base comes from raw cacao so it’s this recipe is great even as a delicious breakfast, since both matcha and raw cacao have natural mood-boosting properties and caffeine – for a perfect start to the day!
That’s if you have the willpower to save a slice or two for the next morning, as unfortunately it never seems to last long!
This deliciously rich recipe is super easy and takes less than 5 minutes to make! It’s also packed with protein since the bulk of the creaminess comes silken tofu!
It’s a recipe that will make you seriously question where this dessert has been all your life. I mean, it’s super quick and easy to make. It’s plant-based, oil-free and gluten-free. And of course, ridiculously delicious!
It’s one of those desserts that will get your family and friends saying “how this healthy?” When it’s just that creamy, thick and smooth with a deep chocolate taste, it’s likely to get you questioning the same thing!
Aren’t pancakes just the best loophole to having cake for breakfast? A big stack of plant-powered pink heaven is always a good idea – especially when they’re perfectly fluffy and naturally vibrant!
The pink vibrancy comes from pitaya powder, which is high in vitamin c, omega 3 and omega 6 essential fatty acids. When topped high with cranberries and blueberries, this pancake stack is sure your give you the happiest start to the day!
