1. RASPBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL
This raspberry banana smoothie bowl is my go to for a healthy and refreshing breakfast! It’s loaded with fresh fruits, protein, and superfoods to keep you energized all morning long!
Smoothie bowls are my go to for a fuelling and refreshing breakfast! It only takes minutes to make and you don’t even have to have any fresh fruit on hand. I simply used frozen fruits that were stocked up in my freezer, added in superfoods and protein, and blended this bowl up!
Feel free to customize it to your preference by adding any fats/superfoods you’d like and your favourite toppings of choice.
2. ALMOND BUTTER OATMEAL BARS
These oatmeal bars are soft baked, so easy to whip up, and make your house smell like a dream! They’re both vegan and gluten free and are perfect for breakfast, dessert, or snacking in between!
3. CINNAMON BUN GRANOLA
This Cinnamon Bun granola tastes like a delicious, gooey cinnamon bun...in GRANOLA form! It’s vegan, gluten free, oil free, refined sugar free, and highly addicting! Perfect for topping yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal, or simply eating straight out of the jar.

Not to mention, it’s vegan, gluten free, oil free, AND refined sugar free! 4. PB & J BAKED OATCAKE
This pb&j oatcake is a healthy and nourishing breakfast that will keep you feeling satisfied all morning long! Loaded with whole grains, superfoods and topped off with a homemade chia jam and peanut butter swirl. Vegan, gluten free and tastes like you’re eating cake for breakfast!
Oatmeal is my go to breakfast to fuel my mornings! Loaded with whole grains, protein, and fiber to help power you through the day. I love baking my oatmeal in the morning and enjoying it straight out of the oven, but if you’re tight on time, you can also prep it the night before or simply microwave it in the morning.
5. SUPERFOOD BREAKFAST COOKIES
These superfood cookies are made with good for you ingredients, packed with superfoods, and are naturally gluten free, nut free and refined sugar free. Perfect for an easy grab and go breakfast, afternoon snack, or yummy after dinner dessert!
These breakfast cookies are so customizable with any add-ins or mix-ins, and are incredibly easy to make! You can use any types of nuts or seeds you’d like, add in some chocolate chips or dried fruits, use nut butter instead of seed butter, the options are endless!
WHAT MAKES THESE SUPERFOOD COOKIES SO HEALTHY?
Rolled Oats– the base of this cookie is made from rolled oats and oat flour which are a great source of protein and high in fibre.
Healthy fats– such as seed butter and pumpkin seeds.
Loaded with superfoods– including ground flaxseed and hemp seeds.
