This apple cinnamon yogurt bowl is made with delicious, sauteed cinnamon apples that will make your kitchen smell like a dream! It’s sure to be a favourite fall breakfast that you’ll want to keep around for any cosy morning!
INGREDIENTS (serves 2)
2/3 cup thick coconut yogurt
1/3 cup granola
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
maple syrup (as needed)
1 apple, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp coconut oil
Combine chopped apples with cinnamon in a small bowl.
Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in apples and sauté until golden brown on both sides.
Spoon yogurt into the base of your bowl. Add on caramelized apples, granola, pumpkin seeds and drizzled maple syrup. Enjoy!
