Warming spices in a smoothie is wonderfully pleasant and fragrant. Perfect for the fall and winter seasons. This smoothie is a reinvented cinnamon bun prepared with only a few ingredients and no processed flours or sugars!
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
3 chopped and frozen very ripe bananas
a pinch of cardamom
a pinch of cinnamon
a splash of almond drink to get the blender going
mix 1 tbsp natural peanut butter with a pinch of cinnamon
Place all nice cream ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and top with the peanut butter swirl and your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
