Perfect for summer, or for any other season really. This watermelon salad is juicy and adds a bit of a tropical vibe to your lunch or dinner. 

INGREDIENTS [SERVES 3]
  • 1/2 watermelon peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 mangoes peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 avocados peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 2 limes juiced
  • Trader Joe's Chili Lime or Tajin Seasoning to sprinkle
METHOD
  1. Put watermelon, mango, avocado, and chopped cilantro into a bowl.
  2. Squeeze limes over chopped fruit and cilantro, mix in with your hand to toss the salad.
  3. Top with TJ's Chili Lime seasoning or Tajin seasoning for a little kick.
