This dreamy green dressing is delicious over leafy greens and nourish bowls. It's a flavourful dressing that levels up any kind of meals.
3/4 cup parsley/cilantro/dill or a combination of the three herbs
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
3 rbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp agave
a pinch of sea salt
In a blender, combine fresh herbs, apple cider vinegar, garlic, coconut yogurt, olive oil, mustard, agave and sea salt.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Serve drizzled over your favourite salads and buddha bowls.
