RECIPE BY HEALTHY LUXE IN COLLABORATION WITH PACIFIC HARVEST

This easy nourish bowl is packed full of flavour and nutrients thanks to the variety of veggies included. It is made even healthier and tastier with Pacific Harvest's Seaweed Collection. 

INGREDIENTS
METHOD
  1. Combine sesame oil, tamari, ginger and chilli paste in a bowl, mix well to create a marinade.

  2. Add mushrooms to the bowl, gently toss to coat.

  3. Transfer to a saucepan (including marinade) and cook over medium-high heat for approx. 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

  4. Divide all salad ingredients between two Coconut Bowls.

  5. Add mushrooms and garnish with Pacific Harvest Raw Nori Seaweed Snacks & Pacific Harvest Citrus & Seaweed Seasoning.

  6. Serve in your Coconut Bowls, and enjoy!
