Making plant-based cheese is more easy that you think. This incredibly smooth and cheesy dip is perfect to pair with your tortillas, nachos & wraps. You can drizzle this over roasted veg and potatoes. Delicious!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1  cup raw cashews
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
METHOD
  1. Toss everything into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
