This is a very delicious and healthy dish that goes well with a bowl of rice. Simply steam the silken tofu and top with a simple sauce made of garlic and soy sauce. This simple and healthy Asian dish is easy to make and can be ready in 5 minutes.
1 package silken Tofu
2 stalks scallions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp hot oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Dash of white pepper
Place the silken tofu in a heatproof bowl and steam the tofu for 5 minutes.
In an another heatproof bowl add in the garlic, sesame seeds, chilli flakes and sugar before pouring the hot oil. Mix well and set aside.
Remove the tofu from the heat and pour the sauce mixture over the steamed tofu.
