This vegan cauliflower alfredo sauce is ultra creamy and rich, you wouldn't believe its made from just a handful of good for you ingredients! It's the perfect vegan alternative to regular alfredo sauce that's both healthy and delicious!
makes 2 cups
2 cup steamed cauliflower florets
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy
Pour sauce over cooked pasta. Top with cracked pepper & chili flakes if desired, and devour!
If you don’t have a high speed blender, soak cashews in hot water for 15 mins before blending with a regular blender.
