These protein bars are so fun to make and take just 5 minutes to whip up! Made with good for you ingredients like chickpeas, vanilla protein, and cashew butter, they’re the perfect energy boost to get you through the day!
PREP TIME: 5 mins TOTAL TIME: 5 mins
● 1 1/2 cup canned chickpeas (drained, rinsed, and patted dry ● 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder ● 2 Tbsp coconut flour ● 1/2 cup cashew butter
● 2 Tbsp maple syrup
● 1/2 tsp almond extract
● Splash Almond Milk
Add all the ingredients except sprinkles to a high speed food processor. Blend together until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Fold in sprinkles by hand.
Press mixture firmly into a lined loaf pan. Tip with additional sprinkles and then place the pan in the freezer to set.
Slice into bars and enjoy!
