Here's a super easy, 5-minute bliss ball recipe that you will surely fall in love. The sesame coating gives a nice crunch each bite!
makes 12-15 balls
150 g pitted dates
100 g pecan nuts
50 g shredded coconut
20 g sesame seeds
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp water
Put all ingredients in a food processor or a high-speed blender. Blend until the mixture turns into a smooth dough.
Wet your hands with filtered water and form 12-15 balls. Roll each one in sesame seeds and store in tehe fridge to set.
Serve and enjoy!
