Here's a super easy, 5-minute bliss ball recipe that you will surely fall in love. The sesame coating gives a nice crunch each bite! 

makes 12-15 balls

  • 150 g pitted dates
  • 100 g pecan nuts
  • 50 g shredded coconut
  • 20 g sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp water
  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor or a high-speed blender. Blend until the mixture turns into a smooth dough.
  2. Wet your hands with filtered water and form 12-15 balls. Roll each one in sesame seeds and store in tehe fridge to set.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
