Fresh fruit is a great way to boost your mornings with essential vitamins, minerals and fibre. Add a pop of colour to your morning dish with fresh in-season fruits like strawberries, bananas,  blueberries, and cherries! They’re the perfect way to brighten your day!

 

 

2. Nuts & Seeds

Protein-rich and packed with healthy fats and omegas, adding nuts and seeds to your breakfast will keep you energized and fuller for longer. Add the perfect bit of crunch to your morning bowl with walnuts, almonds, chia seeds, and pecans.

Tasty Tip: Mix nuts in a bit of maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Lightly toast until golden brown for a wholesome healthy granola.
