This is that classic homemade hummus recipe you’ve always been looking for! It’s ultra creamy and smooth and is perfect to enjoy as a snack or with your favourite dishes. It’s also naturally vegan, gluten-free and made from just a handful of simple ingredients!



I’m all for the fancy hummus flavours that keep coming out these days, but nothing hits home like a classic creamy hummus recipe. I love enjoying it with pita, fresh veggies, in wraps, and on top of salads! Be warned, this recipe will forever change your view on store-bought hummus! Once you go homemade...it’s hard to go back.



2. Butternut Squash Kale Salad with Roasted Chickpeas & Tahini Dressing


Dark leafy kale, roasted butternut squash and warmly spiced chickpeas come together to create this cozy 30 minute winter salad. Topped with a homemade lemon tahini dressing that’s sure to be a total crowd pleaser!




3. Roasted Chickpea Stuffed Sweet Potato

Baked sweet potato stuffed with lightly crisp roasted chickpeas, topped with drizzled lemon tahini sauce for a fresh and healthy lunch or dinner! Packed with flavour and naturally vegan, paleo and gluten free.




4. Vegan Baked Falafel


These healthy falafels are oven baked, not fried, require minimal ingredients, and are so easy to whip up! Perfect for meal prepping and adding to your lunches throughout the week!

Falafels have to be my all time favourite Mediterranean food! I’ve always wanted to make my own and was so happy when I came up with this healthy, homemade recipe for them. These baked falafels have become a meal prep staple of mine and are so perfect for adding to lunches throughout the week. I love adding them to buddha bowls, stuffing them in a toasted pita with hummus or dipping them in homemade tzatziki for a tasty appetizer! 





5. Chickpea Peanut Butter Banana Blondies

These chickpea peanut butter banana blondies are soft, FUDGY, and taste like a gooey peanut butter cookie! They’re completely vegan, gluten free and are made from only 8 simple ingredients. Perfect for a healthy afternoon snack, sweet treat, grab and go breakfast, you name it!

These ooey gooey blondies are made from a main secret ingredient.... chickpeas!! They have an unbelievably moist and FUDGY texture, no one will believe that they're a healthier version! Plus what's better than the classic combo of peanut butter, banana and chocolate chips? Not to mention that the cookie dough is completely vegan and tastes amazing so you can basically just eat the batter with a spoon! Hope you love these as much as I do!
