Hi, I’m Dr Richa from @deliciously.earthy! It’s so lovely to have you here! My background has always been in healthcare, as I absolutely love helping people live healthier, happier lives.

I’m so happy to be inspiring people to get making nourishing recipes, and to show how fun + delicious rainbow, plant-based foods are! For me, gorgeous, delicious food keeps me positive and feeling good, both physically and mentally. 

Spring is finally here! I couldn’t be more excited to put the colder weather behind and see lots of vibrant colours around again – from beautiful flowers to gorgeously colourful fruits! In this blog post, I’ll be making a good excuse to squeeze in all those lovely colourful fruits and celebrate fresh new beginnings!
