The ultimate healthy, creamy, fruity dessert! Yet with no actual cream in it, or refined-sugar! It’s also totally dairy-free and gluten-free whilst being packed with antioxidants, vitamin C and probiotics form the yogurt. 

I’ve used coconut yogurt for the thick and creamy texture, and if you hadn’t already guessed from my other recipes – I’m coconut obsessed! 


  • ½ cup coconut yogurt

  • 2-3 tbs coconut milk
  • ½ cup mixed berries/ cherries
  • Maple syrup to taste


    1. To make the coulis, heat the berries/cherries on a hob on low heat + stir until the juices come out. Add in some maple syrup to taste + allow to cool to room temperature

    2. Mix the thick coconut yogurt with the coconut milk and a little maple syrup (to taste)
    3. In a jar, add the coulis and top with coconut yogurt and more coulis. Finish off by decorating with some more berries and cherries!
